Huininga Hoolwerf (HH) has, within a few years, grown into a serious partner for leading parties in the financial sector. HH is solely focused on the financial sector. We mediate primarily for key positions within the discipline of Finance and Risk. Our method is characterized by a proactive approach. We strongly believe that anyone can be “found”.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
At HH, Executive Search means a proactive approach to candidates based on a commission. This form of service is most suited for filling in key positions, where it comes to a limited offer of potential candidates. The manner of search we apply is optimized to identify and target specialised Finance and Risk profiles.
By a search assignment we understand a client specific framework of expectations. We are convinced that elements like company culture, personality and ambition are of utmost importance to bring the right person to the right place. For a collaboration to be successful we need to have as much information as possible at our disposal. By continuously investing in our relationship with clients and candidates we, as a rule, are well informed. A working method that has led to results.
INTERIM PROFESSIONALS
Besides Executive Search, HH also offers temporary solutions for vacancies. The main difference between permanent and temporary solutions is in many cases the level of urgency and flexibility.
HH can rely on a dynamic network of Interim Professionals. Depending on their availability, they can be employed on a short term. One by one highly educated and experienced professionals with a relevant background. With many of them we maintain a long term connection.

Huininga Hoolwerf (HH) was founded in 2009 by Sander Huininga and Niels Hoolwerf. Both striving for an independent position in order to establish Executive Search according to their own personal ideas. Within a few years HH has developed into a serious partner for leading parties in the financial sector.
